Once it has cooled down, add white sugar and brown sugar and mix everything.
Add vanilla extract and one room temperature egg. Then sift the flour, salt, and baking soda in, and whisk until combined.
Add chocolate chips or chocolate chunks and cover the dough and chill it for a minimum of 2 hours in the fridge.
Now make small balls with a small scoop or a tablespoon and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for around 10 minutes or until the edges turn golden and the cookie is soft in the middle.
